The Opportunity: Electrical Agent / Sales Partner

As a ShineV Electrical Agent, you will serve as the primary commercial and technical bridge between ShineV and regional power stakeholders—including electrical utilities, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firms, electrical contractors, and large commercial facilities.

This is a flexible, highly rewarding opportunity suitable for seasoned electrical sales professionals, independent manufacturers' representatives, or technical contractors seeking to expand their high-value equipment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Business Development: Engage with regional utility engineers, EPC procurement managers, and commercial contractors to understand their power distribution needs.
• Solution & Product Matching: Promote ShineV’s medium-voltage dry-type transformers and high-voltage components, matching customer specifications with optimal equipment configurations.
• Technical Proposal & Spec Review: Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project RFQs; collaborate with ShineV’s engineering and logistics teams to formulate competitive technical proposals.
• Project Coordination & Support: Provide preliminary technical guidance, respond to customer inquiries, coordinate technical clarifications, and support on-site meetings as necessary.
• Market Intelligence: Gather regional market insights, track upcoming power infrastructure bids, and identify emerging project opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Maintain professional records of project pipelines, uphold ShineV’s high standards for customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• Industry Background: Proven experience as an electrical manufacturers' representative/agent, electrical contractor, or technical sales engineer in the power equipment sector.
• Technical Competency: Strong foundational knowledge of electrical engineering, power distribution systems, and medium-/high-voltage equipment (transformers, bushings, insulation components).
• Standards & Code Familiarity: Ability to interpret electrical single-line diagrams, engineering specifications, and North American industry standards (e.g., IEEE, UL, DOE efficiency standards).
• Commercial & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, capable of bridging technical details with commercial value for diverse stakeholders.
• Regional Footprint: Established connections and active presence in one or more target territories:
  • USA: New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia
  • Canada: Ontario (including the Greater Toronto Area), Quebec
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent practical hands-on experience in the electrical industry.
