You send a nameplate spec sheet or a short brief — kVA, kV, cooling, standards, site. We reply in one business day, not a boilerplate PDF. No sales script.

Production & pre-shipment testing
We assign your unit to the production facility in our network best equipped for that voltage/rating band. Every unit passes routine testing (turns ratio, insulation, load loss, no-load loss); type tests on request. Test reports travel with the transformer.

Delivered, invoiced and serviced domestically
Ocean-to-jobsite logistics coordinated from our Albany, NY office. Invoicing in USD from a US entity, US-hours phone support, and a named contact from PO through commissioning. Parts and warranty handled stateside — no time-zone hostage.

Yes — ShineV Electrical Limited is US-registered and headquartered in Albany, New York. Sales, contracting, logistics and after-sales run through the US entity (USD invoicing, US-hours support, stateside warranty), while the transformers are built across a global network of ISO 9001-certified facilities.

What transformer ratings and standards do you supply?
Four lines: oil-immersed power transformers, cast-resin and VPI dry-type, pad-mounted (American and European), and single- and three-phase pole-mounted units. All are built and tested to IEEE C57, IEC 60076 and applicable ANSI standards; distribution ratings are DOE 2029-ready.

How is your lead time faster than a domestic OEM?
Two structural reasons. Our global network has capacity the US shortage denies domestic OEMs — a supply-side problem, not demand — and we build and ship direct, with no importer or distributor hop. A typical project moves in weeks, not the 12–24 month domestic window; exact lead time is quoted per rating and shipping mode.

Are your transformers DOE 2029 compliant?
Yes. The DOE 2029 rule (10 CFR Part 431, effective January 2029) raises the minimum efficiency floor for liquid-immersed and low-voltage dry-type distribution transformers. Our facilities already build to that profile, and we can quote current-efficiency and 2029-compliant designs side by side.

Do you serve my state, and can you handle logistics to the jobsite?
Yes — across the continental US from our Albany, NY office, currently spanning ERCOT (Texas), CAISO (California), NYISO (New York) and PJM/MISO (Illinois and the Midwest). We arrange ocean freight, US port drayage and inland delivery to substation or jobsite, invoiced in USD from a US entity.
