Can you help size the transformer before we PO?
Yes. Send your load list, voltage requirements, and site constraints. We return a sized proposal with two or three configurations and a plain-language TCO comparison — no engineering fee.
What's the lead time for a 5 MVA industrial pad-mounted unit?
~8–10 weeks production plus ocean transit for standard IEEE C57 configurations. Custom taps or non-standard enclosures add 2–4 weeks.
Do you handle K-factor and harmonic ratings?
Yes. K-4, K-13 and higher K-factor dry-type units for VFD-heavy loads are standard offerings. Send your harmonic spectrum or drives list with the RFQ.
Are UL-listed dry-type units available?
For applications requiring UL 1561 or UL 1562 listing, yes — from production facilities holding the corresponding certifications. Confirm the listing scope required with your local AHJ before RFQ.
